Subway, El Paso, Texas Restaurant Details

Food:

Lacking in customer service skills… Maybe it's just the drive-through its self that's the issue.

Food:

Bread is consistently hard, crumbly, stale. I eat at Subways all over town and across the nation, this Subway has the problem more than others. I've given up complaining to the local manager and the District office. Problem has persisted for more than 6 years. The fix would be easy: bake the bread for slightly less time and then store the loaves in airtight containers so that they don't dry out in the low El Paso humidity, but they don't care and won't change.

Food:

It's well taken care of, jus today was crazy for them, but they kicked ass, nobody wouldn understand their fustration, but other than that, everythin is great, even the staff.

Food:

The staff has a lot of spunk and the store is always clean. I would return and I'm very satisfied with my service.
