Subway, Indianapolis, Indiana Restaurant Details

Food:

Food was under cooked and tasted like it was a couple days old. Employees were rude abd unprofessional

The employee actually took my sub in the back area and spit in it I could see him. It was a skinny guy with a messed up nose name tag said Josh would not advise anyone to go here

Go here all the time.. Usually have a pretty good experience when going inside. Very pleasant/talkative employees. Good team atmosphere which you usually don't see at other Subways where they look like they want to beat their co-workers. Although I went here yesterday through DT and received the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Subway. I called and talked with Ram, the manager, who said he would make it right and apologized for the inconvenience. Said he would take care of it next time I came in, just bring the receipt. We'll see what happens, but so far so good...

Food was okay, but I've never been to a restaurant that allows them to charge sales tax (9 freaking percent) to a take out order. In fact, this is the first Subway I've ever been to that charged sales tax at all.

I am a big Subway fan and I can say without a doubt that this is the saddest excuse for a Subway in the metro. Indy area. Staff is rude and uninterested in customer requests or concerns. They skimp on everything especially toppings. I hope that someone who gives a da*n would buy this franchise and run it correctly!!!!
