Asked my husband to get us some sandwiches today. My spicy italian sandwich had literally 3 slices of bell pepper and tons of mayo and oil+vinegar…. my husband got my daughter some cookies and they were raw! it was still doughy…My husband said that the worker said the cookies were really soft. They were soft because they were still raw! Obviously these boys need some extra training!

The subs were great and the guy working today was awesome! He was laid back and fun but still efficient and friendly. It's hard to find that in customer service these days, I've found our #1 subway!! :)

I filed a formal complaint on this store today, with corporate. My husband brought me a sandwich, which was supposed to be a chicken, bacon and ranch. What I got was a chicken, bacon and MAYO sandwich. I tried to call 4 times before someone answered (went to fax machine 3 times). When I explained the situation to the manager he told me to hold onto the sandwich until I was able to come back (6 hours) and exchange it. Who wants a stinky sandwich on their desk for 6 hours while they're working!? Not to mention I did without lunch because of their mistake! When I explained to him I didn't want to hold onto this sandwich he told me without it I could get no replacement, so basically I was out of luck, This "manager" has the interpersonal skills equal to that of a cactus and no business in customer service.

This location needs to make sure their phone is off of fax mode when people are trying to locate your store it is buried in a shopping mall and when you google it you cant find it so we were gonna call it and the stupid phone was on fax mode, we found another restaurant that actually had their information and equipment correct!!!!
