Crappy and dirty with no "public" bathroom. It was the franchise owner who made our food...wasn't near as good as the usual sandwiches from other franchises manned with teenagers. How do you mess up a sandwich?...

Food:

The staff at this location doesn't have any idea of basic customer service. Subway tastes the same wherever you go, so the staff makes the store. The only visible staff member stood behind the counter on the phone for about two minutes waiting for me to leave. When I didn't she asked me using the fewest words possible what I would like on my sandwich. The sandwich was fine, but the cookies I got were overcooked.

Plenty of other nearby franchise locations will get my business instead.

Food:

Go down the street a mile or two and you will find a Subway without flies in the food. This subway has a bunch of kids running it. Things are dirty. Every time I go in there I see someone on the phone playing with their hair etc then they touch the food. I've had to remind them to change gloves. The kids running it are untidy, Their faces are covered in piercings and their arms are covered in tattoos. The way they dress affects their attitude and performance, which says "Whatever" and "Who cares."

They skimp on the toppings. I'm not sure if the manager told them to do this to save money or if they just don't want to take the time to cut up extra veggies.
