I asked for a sandwich they had on the menu- I said "no tomatoes, please." They gave me a blank stare. I clarified, "No tomatoes, but everything else." by which i meant everything else that was usually on the sandwich. They put EVERYTHING ELSE. Peppers, spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, jalapenos, etc.. The second star is because there was in fact, no tomatoes.

Very poor customer service if I've ever seen it.
