05/01/2015 11:45 pmI approached the store on the first of May only to be rudely greeted by an employee. Her name was Cheryl(or cherie or something) and she was cleaning the windows of the door. She was in the doorway, preventing any entry or exit to the store. I had hoped she just didn't notice me when I approached, so when i got closer I had said "Excuse me, Ma'am." She looked back at me sternly and stated "You can wait. I wait for you guys all the time." Being a pretty relaxed guy, I had just assumed she was making a joke. She continued to look at me with the same look and I realized she was serious. Angered, I walked away from the location. I said "Ok, that's fine" as i was walking away and she yelled out "That's alright, see if I care." as she was laughing. Now more pissed off more than anything, I went back and into the store and asked a gentleman working the assembly line for a manager. Unfortunately, the manager, Adam, was away at the moment. I asked for his number and once again the lady, now behind the counter, makes a snarky comment. She stated to the other employee loud enough for me to hear "He's just mad because I made him wait." I was not mad because i was told to wait, I was perfectly fine with it actually. I was mad because of how rude she acted toward a customer, and how little she actually cared for her job. Her "bulletproof" attitude resulted in me writing my first ever customer complaint. |

06/05/2012 4:04 amI went here ONCE and wont ever go back again. They didn't have the sandwhich I wanted, their customer service was horrible, and their soda machine was out of order. Now, I know crap happens, but I have been to other subways that IF their card machine is down, or soda machine isn't working, they will post a sign on the door letting everyone know so there isn't any issue. Nope, not this one. UGH! Glas there are about a million more subways out there. |

12/30/2011 2:39 pmI occassionally go to this Subway, and the service is consistent. Unless you strike up a conversation yourself, and even if you do, they are likely to want to get your order done ASAP over lunch hour. I prefer this to sitting in a line for 20 minutes. They are quick and efficient when they need to be, and can be personable when not busy. Just recently I got some party platters from this location and the platters were done very well, as well as very quickly (just had to give an hour notice). I was very impressed by Charlotte (seemingly the manager) and how efficient she was. Despite it being lunch hour she managed to fit my platters in, get them all done by the time I came to pick them up, and get me out the door very smoothly. Overall, quick and efficient service. |
