These are the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. My experience has been consistent with other reviews - the lady behind the counter is incredibly rude, unsanitary and disrespectful. The man yells at people for no reason whatsoever...

One time I went there, and asked for light mayo. The lady started to put light mayo on my sandwich, but when she realized the light mayo was empty, pulled out the regular mayo and put that on the sandwich instead. When I questioned her, she became incredibly nasty and started slamming things around, and was rude to me the rest of the time.

Another time, I went in 30 minutes before close and got SEVERAL comments about how I was there "right before close". When I tried to get some sweet tea, the man yelled at me, "No more tea! We're about to close!" I usually try to avoid going into places right before close, but 30 min is usually fine, I would think...

This place is right beside my house, but I will not be going here anymore. I'll be going to the Pleasant Valley location from now on!

I was just in here due to convenience of location and I will not be back. When I questioned the meat on my sandwich not having salami I was harshly told in a thick accent how wrong I was bc the meat on the sandwich I chose was all turkey based. The man and woman behind the counter are rude; the woman speaks English poorly and while the man speaks better English I don't appreciate being shouted at in a heavy accent about how wrong I am regarding my inquiry on a sandwich I JUST PAID FOR. So sick of people skating by on SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will NOT return here ever!

The lady behind the counter is incredibly rude and her practices are very unhygienic. In spite of this being the closest subway to my place, I have stopped going there. Want a better experience? Go to the Subway on Pleasant Valley Road. The service there is really nice. The people serving always have a smile even if you are the last customer for the day.
