Subway, Reno, Nevada Restaurant Details

On the way back home, we grabbed 3 footlongs.The 2 guys had really poor service. He made mistakes and while I did order coffee , he recommends Starbucks next door. We agreed but he still charged me for it. Well after a return for refunds, I made another mistake. I should have checked my order. I had to eat a very dry tuna, chicken breast , and a veggie footlong no Flavor for salt/pepper oil/vinegar! These dummies need training!

Went on my lunch break only 1 lady working , the other two girls came from the back got on the line and had the worst attitude in customer service i ever delt with. Being a person in customer service myself. I will never go back to that location again... jeff

Sara (THE MANAGER) always had a really bad attitude.
