Subway, Rochester, New York Restaurant Details

Do not use paypal! The employees do not know how to receive orders from eat24 (the PayPal service) They asked me to leave moments after I walked in if I "was not going to order" (despite seeing several people not eating but talking to employees?) I tried to explain I ordered from my phone. They eventually made my sandwich after I told them what I ordered, and they waited for a phone call from the company to make sure I wasn't lying.

Food:

Have been to many Subways all over since I travel allot for business. I was impressed by the service and amount of toppings that go on the subs here! Many other Subways are very cheap when it comes to toppings, not this place! Also, the employs were fast and courteous. If you have to eat downtown and don't want to go broke, this is the place to eat!

This is by far the worst Subway in Rochester, and the worst one I've ever been to PERIOD. I ordered a small $3 sub with minimal toppings, yet they tried charging me the price of a footlong for it. They also made me stand there for close to 20 minutes waiting for my food while the workers moved at a snail's pace.

Went on 10/26, ordered a footlong, 6 inch and a chicken salad. Not only did I have to stand there & listen to the employee complain about his job the whole time, they were out of knives & forks. 3 days later I went back, they had knives & forks but no bags to put the sandwich in. Good thing I have to come here on business only every 2 years.
