It was below zero outside and me and my husband came inside to wait for the bus across the street we sat in there for 5 minutes and the lady yelled and said " are y'all buying anything " we said no the only money we had was to use for a bus pass we didn't even live on that side of town. And the lady replied and said " Well if y'all ain't buying anything y'all can't be hanging out in here y'all have to leave" horrible customer service they was all so rude then when we was walking out we heard them laughing and mumbling never will I ever come to this subway so so so Rude!!!

When I called to see if they were hiring I got disrespected for no apparent reason.
