Food:

This used to be a decent Subway. The new owners upped the prices and the sub I got today had 3 slices of paper thin meat of each kind. All you tasted was bread and veggies. Awful !!!! Charged $2 for 4 extra pieces of paper thin salami. Could have bought a half pound from the market for that. I always went here because it was close to home and convenient and the subs were good...but no more. I will pay the extra at Mr. Hero before I go back there.

My family has a funeral home right next door to this Subway. Between me, my brother, and the many other employees that give this Subway business, we all agree that it's the worst one in Cleveland. We've been going to this Subway for years and the manager treats us as if every time we come, we're brand new customers that he's never seen before. He has a horrible attitude and treats every customer poorly. Don't even think about asking for a piece of salami on a sandwich that doesn't include salami because he won't do it, or any custom order for that matter. He does not register the word "extra" either, because if you ask for extra anything, you won't get it. He makes sloppy sandwiches that fall apart in the bag. Only one employee at this Subway treats customers well. Besides one good employee, this is an awful Subway that I'd recommend avoiding unless you want to get into an argument with a stubborn, stingy and cheap manager.

This has to be the worst Subway I ever been to. The people are not welcoming. I asked my boyfriend to go in and order a sub for me and made sure he asked for extra jalapeños. The worker told him that they don't do extra jalapeños... I've never had a problem getting extra jalapeños from any other subway!!
