I worked at Subway for three years, not this particular location , but you get my point. To the person above or below complaining of the veggies not being enough or so....let me explain something... The general managers are VERY strict about how much we put on your sandwich there is a certain amount we could be allowed, and if you ask for more we could only put so much on there extra. At least thats how its supposed to be, because of how much stock we buy. When you have a budget you can only stock so many things, and when people keep asking for more and more we dont mind but we can charge you, which is what is neccesary cuz if we dont, we cant see how much were making off of it and how much we need to buy in the furture. Its a business what do you expect , they can lose pay or hours because they dont listen about the veggies. Some people don't understand that. Considering the owners of this Subway also own almost all of the ones in the surrounding area, So please consider this is someones job and theyre actually doing what theyre told to do by managers and such. Because you want so many veggies and no one charges you, they cant see how much they really need and they run out, THEN people complain when you dont have certain veggies left during the day . PURE frickin business. Sad thing is i'm probably younger than you, and you cant figure that out on your own? I won't stick up for the people if they're rude though. Do better to understand things though.

RUDE!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! . . . The sandwich masters are very rude. I went here after havin my eyes dilated i asked if she could bring me sandwich closer and she blow her breath ALL over my sandwich then rolled her eyes and said "Do you want this or not?". . . I walked out!

The employees here need to be retrained in customer service. When I requested, "a little more, please" of the spinach, I got three leaves. When I asked the same of the three paltry slices of pickle, I got three or four more. When I asked for olives, I received five. When I asked why I couldn't have a bit more of the veggies (I never asked for "a lot", only a "a bit more"), I was told I would be charged extra if she put any more on the sandwich. I have been to various Subway restaurants all over the country, and /never/ have I had an employee tell me they would charge extra for more veggies. I can understand the up-charge for more cheese or meat, but this is ridiculous. The whole time, none of the three other employees present said anything to contradict her. Several customers, however, remarked on the absurdly skimpy amount of vegetables I was "allowed" to have. I have actually been to this location before and enjoyed my sandwich, but this will be my last trip. Perhaps when they can serve more vegetables, and less attitude, I would consider returning - but I doubt it.
