02/21/2016 3:54 am I called them 15 minutes before they closed. I was told by the person who was working the night shift on 2/20/2016 that I needed to "buggy on over, or they won't be able to serve me". Wow. Where did good customer service go? I haves worked for a sub shop for 3+ years. Trust me, I KNOW that they want to go home. I get it. But to tell a customer you won't serve them within the open hours... Wow. Very sad. |
