The manager refused to let me use a company sponsored coupon and then lied about it being only for a 6 inch sub when the offer clearly stated it was for "any" sub - any including foot longs. Incredibly rude customer service and I could tell everyone there seems to hate their job. I won't go back. Awful and very disappointing!!!

Bait and Switch!!!!!! In the past, it was Same sandwich, Different Day. However, I had a big problem recently with them as after I ordered and got my sandwich and chips, the register guy (manager?) told me fountain drink machine was down and to get a bottle drink instead. Then he charged me over $1.00 more than the combo price. I asked if they were going to charge me more because of THEIR PROBLEM, and pointed to the combo price right behind him on the menu board. He said YES they were going to charge me more, and rudely pointed to receipt. (FYI: this scheme is commonly called Bait and Switch Fraud.) They KNEW that the discount priced combo wasn't available, so they should have had a sign up on the front door or menu board to tell me, or told me before I stood in line, ordered my sandwich, etc. Well, there are other places to have lunch near where I work. Guess what? I have been to Jersey Mike's over a dozen times since then, as they are just a couple of doors down. How many times have I been to the Thompson Lane Subway since they made their ill-gotten extra $1.00 off me? ZERO!!! Hope you really enjoyed that dollar, Mr. Smarty Pants register guy. It's the LAST ONE you will EVER get from me. Maybe one day someone can teach you the basics of customer care, if you still have any customers by then.

Awesome Subway location. The food is good and the staff is super nice. Been going to this location for about a year and never had any problems.
