The lure of Subway is getting exactly what you want on your sub and that was not the case on my visit. It was clear that this Subway was staffed by Pitt students who couldn't care less about their job. The first worker toasted my sub without asking me and then was perturbed when I asked him to fix it and didn't offer the slightest apology. The next worker went ahead and put some dressing on my sub which I hadn't asked for either. This staff showed complete negligence to my interests and I certainly did not leave there with a sub "any way you want it". There are many other Subways in the area to patronize that do a much better than this location.

Food:

Look, when you go to Subway, you aren't looking for fine dining or luxury quality food. You get what you get: Subs. I've been a frequent customer here for about 3-4 years and the staff there is extremely nice and bend over backwards to try to give you what you want.

Some notes though: Never go during rush hours (12-2). These guys and gals are extremely fast at what they do, but you will be waiting in that line for a good 15 minutes, because the line is almost out the door. This mostly only happens not during summer (when school is in session).
