I have been going to the subway (located in Tucson, AZ, on the northwest corner of Broadway and Pantano) nearly every work day, for over 8 years. I am a local dentist/business owner and understand what it takes to run a business and deal with the public on a day to day basis. With that said, this is one of the “best run” restaurants I’ve EVER visited. The employees, in particular, are OUTSTANDING. My favorites are: Katie, Melanie, Stream, Adam, and Kailey. Katie, the manager, is professional, highly intelligent, personable and very organized. I can tell she runs a tight ship, and the other employees respect her for it. I hope the owner knows what they have in this employee, because she would be invaluable to any business. If she were in the dental field, I would hire her in heartbeat. Melanie, another long time employee, is also very intelligent, personable, sweet, VERY good at her job, and an all round hard worker. She’s just one of those people, always with a soft spoken smile, who just brightens my day every time. Stream, sharp as a knife, will fix any problem in a lightning flash. Every time there’s an issue with the register (or whatever), she is there to fix it before you can blink. She is also a very hard working employee and knows her job well. Adam makes a mean sandwich. He remembers what I order every time, right down to the details and does it efficiently and with quality. Super nice guy as well! Kailey (I think I have her name right??) is also VERY smart and good at her job, but I think she’s leaving soon so that’s a total bummer!! Anyway, overall this Subway should be commended. This Subway gets me through every day with not only its AWESOME fresh subs, but with the efficiency and professionalism far and above what you see at most businesses. I wrote this review in gratitude because these people make my life better. Thank you to this Subway for everything you do and keep up the good work!!

1 star for night crew- always rude so I go elsewhere during late night eating, but just this one time I decided to try it out again cus mayyyybe they got new night shifts....NOPE. Chubby lady with fried jet black hair- you need to get another job. When ordering, I said hi- no response except for a rude stare. Mentally challenged? Cant talk? Brain is fried from all that hair dye? I dunno wtf but wake up!

4 star for day shifts- always nice and friendly. Honestly Jimmy Johns is still has the best customer service.

If I could give no stars I would.
The staff was very rude. there was a dude and chick who serviced me, and I wanted to punch that dude in the face and kick the chick in the jugular. The dude rolled his eyes at me when I said I didnt want extra bacon because it costed as much as a lb of bacon from the market... then the cashier girl put my sub in the oven when I just told her not to, then looked at the jack ass dude and rolled her eyes at me. These are the people representing this company. Very sad. I mean it is Subway, I dont expect the smartest people to be working there, but I do expect some manners and common courtesy minus the 5th grade girlie girl attitude eye rolls from both employees.

Will never go back to this Subway,I went in and ordered a huge sandwich because I had to break a 50.00, so I ordered double meat bacon and came out to an 11-12 dollar sub, my breakfast and lunch. Plus Io added the meal deal and cookies for co-wokers bringing my total to about 15bucks. again I had to make it a big total becasue I wanted to break a 50.00. I say 3 people pay the cashier infront of me, they 2 of them paid with 20s so I was sure they had change in teh drawer. My turn to pay and the douche bag at the register refused my money telling me to walk to another store to break it and come back and pay for my food. I told him I saw 2 20s go into his drawer and that I made my order big so you can break the 50. he said it was his managers store policy to not accept bills larger than 20. really? Ill never go back. Jimmy Johns\Eggees you just got a new customer
