SECOND time my sandwich didn't have an important ingredient! A month ago I order the italian sub "with extra lettuce", and he made it with NO lettuce. Tonight, I ordered a BLT, got home with my mouth watering, and found NO TOMATOES. I called the shop and spoke with a "Steve" who tried to excuse the other guy who made it, by saying they only put tomatoes in if you ask for it!! I said "you don't put tomatoes automatically in a "bacon, lettuce, and TOMATO sandwich?". He said not unless you ask. I asked why then did they put bacon and lettuce in the sandwich? By his logic, it should have just been an empty bun. He made no effort or offer to make it right in anyway.

There's only one employee at the moment and she clearly needs assistance. She also opened then handled a package of avocado without gloves after using the register.

Friendly and efficient. My daughters soccer team descended on them and we all got our sandwiches lickety split.
If you're trying to find the store it actually faces Ft Lowell even though the address is on Swan.
