Food:

The owner is always very rude and real cheap on the toppings, you will have to ask several times just to get a normal amount on your sandwich. Also she will fight with you if you have any coupons and try her hardest not to honor them. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location for subway.

The customer service was absolutely awful. My niece and I did not even get a greeting when we walked in the door. When I told him I wanted a salad, he got an attitude and tossed the sandwich papers to the side and mumbled under his breath. He said "what do you want?" in a rude tone and kept a scowl on his face the whole time. When my niece ordered, he acted the same. He didn't ask if we needed any croutons or a drink but quickly told us the total and took the money. No "thank you" or "have a great night" came out of his mouth. I told him that I hoped he had a better night and he looked up and gave me a bad look. Just an awful experience all together.

BEWARE. I will never be back to this particular location. Customer service sucks. I was at this store today and the poster on the wall clearly advertises 2 meals for $10. The prepubescent little kid behind the counter said "were not offering that special anymore". When I mentioned the advertisement on the window he had a careless attitude and would not honor it after several times telling him if you're going to advertise it then you need to honor the price. I was irritated and he was irritated. Not once did he say I'm sorry. When I asked why the advertisement was still in the window he just ignored me. I asked several times and each time he would just ignore me, obviously because he couldn't answer the question.

Food:

I went in a few weeks ago. Very slow service. Staff did not seem fully trained.

Also, was very skimpy on toppings. Asked for tomatoes I got one, Asked for pickles I got one. asked for lettuce I got maybe 3 small pieces.

Was dissappointed.
