Sumatra is a local owned and operated coffee shop located inside the Boise Towne Square Mall just outside of Macy's on the lower level. Sumatra coffee serves only fresh roasted Flying M coffee beans in their drip coffee and espresso drinks. They also offer a number of blended and specialty drinks including the Tsunami Chiller (a blended mocha drink), and the White Elephant (a white chocolate mocha with a shot of hazelnut flavor). Sumatra also features several specialty desserts, including hand dipped caramel apples and chocolate dipped marshmallows and pretzel rods. Whether shopping in the mall or just in the area, Sumatra is one local shop not to be missed!
