Used priceline to reserve this and paid $60 but got a huge suite like hotel room. It was awesome and the best Priceline deal we had ever gotten.

Maybe the $60 we paid was "expensive" for the area, who knows, but we were happy with our room.

Sunset Station Casino can't say many bad things about them. If you go to the Italian restaurant make sure you get the correct change back I was scammed a dollar fifty I did not mention it to anyone but next time I will.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff and great location from the strip. Only downfall......Wifi did not work. Went to front desk and all they did was give me a phone number to call. Never got the Wifi to work.

It's a great hotel in my opinion because it has the kid area. I take my little baby cousins and sister here all the time, most places don't have this feature which makes this stand out a lot.

The movie theater is awesome! Seats are comfy and you can move it to your liking with the buttons on the right of your chair.

Cheers!

Nice rooms that they comp you. But DON'T go to the Café.

Very long waits, very unkempt staff, bad food. C'mon, people, this is Henderson... by Vegas! Up your standards. Very bad news.

We arrived at 10:30 pm, sat at the counter, we waited and waited. No food. Oh, let me back up. We tried to order the eggs benedict, we were told they were out. We ordered oatmeal. No kidding, they said they were out. We tried ordering the steak. Oops, they were fresh out.

We could not believe how long it took. We know we left at 10:40pm. Still no food. We did get one cup of coffee though, hurriedly chucked in front of us by a harried older woman who appeared slightly mad.

The manager was called by the couple next to us who were mildly perturbed that their steaks were 45 minutes late in arriving. The manager was unkempt, and surly. She sported lots of facial hair, clothes slovenly, and body language unaccommodating. She kept repeating to this couple, "What do you want me to do?".

Oh my. In the morning, I complained to the morning Manager, Janet. She apologized for last night's manager and the late food and suggested we show up for breakfast since we were staying in the hotel. Guess what? We finally were served the eggs benedict, not worth returning for. AND this meal was not comped.

Seriously?
