I love some of the food here. It's not all the best, but some very good. Service is always good here and the view is one of the best here in Tucson. I know it's expensive, but I think everyone should try at least once. It's worth it!

The worst food I have ever had!!! Not one thing was prepared fresh!! I think it is time to worry about the food and not how much money they put in their pockets. With a location like this it is a terrible waste to serve the quality of food they are serving. Big bold flavors HA HA!

I had the $50 coupons for $25 my dinner came to $54+ tip.

Although the waiter was pleasant the overall service was extremely lacking as if we were an inconvenience...and the place wasn't busy at all. Let me begin with my wife's tea which had a dead fly in it! The waiter graciously said "Oh it must have flown in there by accident"...the fly was obviously drowned in it. By looking at the window sill next to our table it was no wonder there wern't MORE flies in it. Our table was dirty as if it was wiped with a filthy rag and smeared the mess around. Then came our appetizers cold corn chips a warm concoction of refried beans and what they described as chorizo (keep reading more on that later) A salsa that was definitely NOT made with fresh tomato ingredients (tasted like a tin can). My wife is a vegetarian and based on a referral we heard on a local country radio station ordered the nachos a huge mound of corn chips topped with melted cheese and a sprinkling of black beans and 15 quarter inch squares of tomatoes. I ordered the Chefs special at $25 a plate there was 4 piles of meat 1 shredded pork, 1 shredded beef (don't ask which was which...i couldn't tell) Both were mushy, overcooked and luke warm. There was 5 small medallions of chicken breast (also luke warm...more like cool) and the same number of slices of aged beef tenderloin. I say aged because it was old looking as if it had been cooked hours earlier and set out to dry and one small tortilla. The bean concoction was the hottest item of the entire dinner. After sampling the beef and pork, again, i do not know which was which i tried the chicken and i couldn't gag it down. The meal was NOT worth the $25 much less the $54. NEVER again will i step foot on their threshold unless they go out of business and never come back! Not on e offer to comp anything for the Tea and when i got home do you believe I was still charged for it!

I had the most amazing lunch at Sur Real. The atmosphere and the location was great, but the food was extraordinary. I had the ceviche salad which has shrimp, lobster, avocados, cucumbers, tomatoes and mango salsa, served over mixed greens with mojito vinaigrette. Delicious! I even shared one of their tres leches cakes with my friend. If you like unique and flavorful latin food and delicious desserts, I highly recommend this one.
