A nice experience, wouldn't call it incredible but a pretty good sushi restaurant all around. Resonable for it's price.

I love this place for the food, and atmosphere. My Fiance and I have been going here for years now, our favorites are the Steven Tyler, The Wolfpack and the Sweet home Alabama. Great sushi when the shrimp tempura and chicken in the rolls are served HOT, you'll get what I mean after you try it. The service is poor that's the only reason I didn't give it a 5. Even on slow nights you can never find your server, It's a little annoying especially when you need something, or you need your check. All in all, amazing sushi, best in Raleigh!

The food at Sushi Blues is always pretty good, never super special. I enjoy that they do BOGO free sushi rolls all the time and it is plenty of food. They have decent drink specials certain nights of the week.

Which brings me to my complaint: Went and ordered a Dr. Pepper instead of my normal beer and the Dr. Pepper was $3.00. That is absurdly high for a soda. Will not order another soda there, that's for sure.

I thought the food was good, however we were there for over an hour until we got our food. Not all the heat lamps had tanks, so it was a bit chilly where we sat outside. The server didn't seem to show too much empathy towards the delay on our food. Even our salads took over 30 minutes to get to our tables. Will not go here again.

Sushi is usually very good but customer service is awful! They have employees who talk back and have attitude and management does little to fix the sass. The three times i've been there over the last two months, there has always been a mix up with payment. One time my friend got someone else's credit card returned to them. If you're looking for good sushi, this is an OK option, but don't go looking for good service. If anything, go to the place across the street or on Fayetteville Street to get a great meal and dining experience!
