Wouldnt even give it 1 star. Awful sushi & worse service. Very slow. Language barrier. For being a sushi newbie this is definitely the worse I have ever had. Hoping I don't get sick.

Always my first stop in Reno! This place is amazing...and probably the biggest sushi secret in Reno. I am always cautious when I hear the words Sushi and Buffet in the same sentence. I picture large platters of dried out, rapidly aging sushi with very few options. Not so here. Everything is prepared to order, super fresh and the rice just perfect. The menu is extensive and creative. And the flavor is absolutely fantastic. Each order is a long roll, 6-8 pieces and they do not skip on quality or portions. While not fancy the environment is comfortable and the staff friendly (especially when given compliments ;). I have yet to get beyond the sushi to try other options on the menu - and probably never will. I just can't resist trying the next option on the sushi list. Do yourself a favor and go in and indulge - this quality at these prices is too good to pass up.

Excellent, and interesting, sushi bar is only half the story. The other half is the rest of the resturant where you can order from an excellent selection of Thai, Korean, and Japanese dishes, as well as sushi. The vegetable tempura could use a wider selection of vegetables, and that's the only quibble I can think of. The food is excellent, beautifully presented, well flavored, and always interesting. Very reasonably priced and the service is happy, pleasant and timely. A good place to relax and have some good food.
