Lately the quality has seriously declined. I am officially on the hunt for a new favorite Thai restaurant.

Best Thai restaurant in the Valley hands down! Very authentic food and friendly employees.

Poor service, the waitresses just sat and shared an their phones when we entered. They also prepped for their dinner service while we were eating, which involved lots of clanking of dishes.

The food was pretty good, however. I ordered cashew nut delight tofu. Water chestnuts were an odd addition, but not an unwelcome one. The good just wasn't good enough to justify choosing this over other Thai restaurants with similar food and better service.

Think they are having financial problems so they are trying to rip off their customers where they can.

Person in our party wanted a bowl of soup, got a single bowl but got charged for family portion $15 soup
Had to get our own refills (20 mins of your mouth on fire, not fun)
Wife didn't get food for 40 mins after everyone else. Had to ask multiple times and waitress didn't even respond, basically acted like your dog when it doesn't want to come in the house and pretends it can't hear you. Finally had to go to the kitchen explain everyone was finished with meal, but wife hadn't received food. Cook was happy to deliver had food in minutes.
Receipt didn't add up correctly. I couldn't figure it out then I realized it was 20% off. Waitress decided to build in her own tip by hiding it. Yes she still left the tip line blank to fill in your own tip. When I asked the waitress if she included her own tip she blew up and made a scene. Yelled to her co-worker in another language and threw the receipt down.

Made my daughter sad because it was her choice and she wanted everyone to enjoy.

Horrible customer service ! I will not go back here. I like Thai food. We went to Thai Basil first. It was full and we went to Swaddee at 12 pm for my birthday lunch. I was hesitant as I knew they serve very late and we both had to go to work after lunch. Server took the order at 12.10 pm. We ordered soup, 1 eggplant dish and 1 shrimp red curry. till 1 pm, we were not served anything. We asked at 12.50 pm and one of the servers asked us to wait. At 1 pm, my hubby went to the front desk to enquire. He found out that our order was totally forgotten. Around 1.15pm, we got tofu curry instead of shrimp curry. Again, my hubby went to front desk and got the shrimpt curry at 1.20 pm. We had to pack half of the food as we didnt have time to eat. But, I have to agree that the taste was awesome. Out of all this mess, there was only a namesake sorry at the end when they got tofu instead of shrimp.
