Food:

My husband and I used to come here all the time and the service was great and we love the food. It would come out within 10 minutes even when it was super busy. Today we went in and there was different staff... Our food didn't come out after 35 minutes so we asked about it and they said it would come right out... Didn't come right out and then they came up and lied to us saying that they need to make everything fresh and it takes a long time. Had they have known we go there a lot, they wouldn't have lied. They straight up forgot about our order and everyone that was seated way after we got there, was getting their food before us. We needed them to box everything up so we could take it back to work to eat an HOUR later. For chicken and vegetables... We aren't happy and will not be returning. If you're going to go, make sure you have HOURS to spare.

Horrible service. They dont follow any order timings. Will serve to any one randomly.
wait time is always high, but today was exceptional 1hour 15 minutes.
Rude people. Priority is take out. Save yourself some time. Food might be cheap but time is more important.

Went there for lunch with 2 of my coworkers and boy, was that a mistake because we waited for 35 minutes and still didn't get our food so we had asked the lady that is always there to box our lunch for us to take it back to work. She was snappy and rude, does not have any customer service skills and I told her we would never go back there again. She did not apologize for our service but said, we have a small kitchen and one excuses after another. This is not the way to run a business. Good luck.

Happened to be in this part of town after a meeting. Stopped in for lunch. Place was very busy with the lunch crowd and I was surprised by how quickly they still got my order to me. Food was good and under $10. Service was good so no complaints. I reserve 5-stars for when I get blown away but they're certainly good for 4.

Came here for a lunch gathering with a few colleagues, and I'll never make that mistake again. The waiter was exceptionally rude, and snappy. We were in a time crunch, so I asked if we could order when the waiter came over to our table, and she snapped back, "you'll have to wait for the other tables I've seated to order their food before I will take your orders." Next, they got two of the three orders wrong, and then one of the orders of chicken was undercooked and had blood seeping from the bone. I was so embarrassed for choosing this restaurant and bringing my colleagues. To top it off, it took over an hour to get in and out of the place. Very frustrating, and now I feel my co-workers are hesitant to let me pick places for lunch meetings anymore.
