Homemade flour tortilla chips are the only good part of this place. Food was okay, service wasn't necessarily bad, but was just nonexistent. Drink menu was all incorrect, bathroom was filthy for it only being 11:30 am. No reason to ever come back...unless you place high value on flour tortilla chips.

I'm not happy w/ their take out / catering department. They absolutely suck in fact. I will start @ the beginning. Last friday i called & spoke to a nice gentleman named Cedric. I ordered 2 of their platter b to be picked up today about 10:00 am. He assured me that it would be ready. I felt good about it & we hung up. My meeting cordinator was going to call that next day w/ a credit card for payment (he said that was no problem). Well when she called on monday to make the payment, they lost my order. They ended up ordering 1 of the platter b. I spoke w/ her later that same afternoon in an email & found out what had happened. I said that that is wrong. The order should have been nearly $200 w/ tax. She had paid about $93. So i phoned them again. Got the owner (i think). Identified her self as Sylvia so i think it could have been. Asking to verify my order because according to my math, it wasn't correct. Found out that she had to locate my order (took about 10 min). Finally found it, was for only 1. Stated i spoke w/ Cedric on friday & ordered 2 of them. She assured me that she had made the correction & they would be ready for pick up today. My cordinator called them again to pay for the 2nd platter. They assured her that all was well & will be ready for pick up ON TUESDAY. OOHH no i wasn't happy. Told them Wednesday @ 10 am. So Sylvia also corrected the date when i spoke w/ her. WWEELL, now we come to day. My husband & I got there about 10:15am to pick up our food. I should have known there was gonna be a problem. Sure enough 1 platter b NO sour cream i ordered & NO 2nd platter b i ordered either. BOY was i unhappy (putting it nicely). I got quite mad. REexplained what i ordered. What was paid for by my cordinator. Spoke to whom over the last 5 days. Then the cashier proceeded to tell me that i needed to pay for the 2nd platter. WHY??!! It had already been paid for. In the process of me being VERY angry, I never 1 time got loud, hollared, or cussed. I think i kept a fairly level head considering what we had been thru w/ all this bs. I said here give me that ticket (order form). There was 2 credit card machine recieptS w/ the exact same amount but w/ different days & transaction #'s. Exactly what i would expect to be. So YES we had paid for both but they only prepared 1. So i was correct & they were wrong. Damn glad she didn't try to make me pay for the container of sour cream that i ordered that was not on the form either. I think i would have exploded @ that point. Well on a happy note. My meeting went fine. & every one loved the food. I will go back another time but dine in or do a take out order in person not via the phone.

I went here 8/9 around 2pm.. I will just start from the beginning because I don't know where else to start..
I came here with my mom.. highly recommended authentic mexican food I was told.. well..
First off I ordered the house margarita. I have to say it was very good! Perfectly made. Definitely deserves this place getting some type of stars.
Well next the waitress was very pleasant, helpful and polite. The atmosphere is great in there! Beautiful decor, really clean.. they even have an A rating! I don't blame them, they definitely have all these things in order! But when it comes to the food.. well..
Let's start with my carne asada burrito. Let me tell you, I judge places off my burritos okay? And my mom got a chicken quesadilla! omgosh.. i thought i was going to be in heaven! but we'll get to her food later..
This carne asada burrito may have well been a bean burrito. All it had was refried beans with a little bit of meat and a dash of guacamole (i had them hold the pico, i can't hang with that..) Well the beans tasted decent, but I ordered a meat burrito.. and what little bit of meat I got was soooo over seasoned it made my food extremely salt and spicy. Now I'm not talking about that good spicy where if the food is so dang good that I will suck it up and eat it no matter how much I'll regret my somach ache later... no... it was spicy like they added too much chili powder of some kind.. just plain over spiced.. the tortilla was a bit on the stale side too.
Now my mom's tortilla was perfect, but the meat for the chicken? I don't know what they did to it but I swear it tasted just like that potted meat that's in a can.. you know which one I'm saying? Don't it have a little red devil with a red pitchfork on it? Well if you do that's just how this quesadilla tasted.. My mom ate two slices from being hungry and not having all her taste buds, i had one piece and discarded it to the side.. it looks as tho the cook only put some shredded chicken, some type of bland salsa.. or potted meat flavored salsa.. and a small sprinkle of cheese.. it was just gross...
I won't come back unless they replace whoever cooked my food.. for-real..
The chips were okay tho, perfectly crispy and thin..

It is sad as at one time this was a land mark. The only thing good I can say is the staff was friendly. The chips tasted of old dirty oil. I ordered the green chili burro, it had very little meat and what meat there was, was chewy and fatty. Their enchilada sauce and hot sauce taste only of chili powder, which don't get me wrong, I like, but this was over powering with no depth of flavor. All and all, I would not recommend, although I know a lot of people who like their breakfast.

This place used to be good but now the food is not as good as it used to be as well as the price was ridiculous they charge 7.50 for a machaca burrito and the taste was not even good, it tasted like shredded beef only, if you want good food probably try like a filibertos or one of those small places they have better tasting food
