The service horrible, employees are rude but the food is ok

Food:

The food is fine, but the service is really lacking. There is rarely a time when an order is correct. At the office, we all order from this location and one person goes to pick it up at lunchtime. No one has time to call and go back to get the correct order or missing items. If you call, don't be surprised when you hear a fax modem.

I understand that minimum wage jobs are difficult and thankless, but is it really too much to ask for someone to remember to give us a large drink when it's ordered and on the monitor?

Employees are rude, not helpful and very inconseraite of a truck driver. Would not even take my order at the window. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible. The employees were very nonchalant and unfriendly, they messed up the order after a ten minute wait, and when they got it right, the flatbread sandwich had no chicken, just ranch and lettuce, when they don't even have lettuce. NIGHTMARE!

Service is terrible very mean workers and VERY un-clean. Better off going up to 619 the taco bell ther is very clean neat and service is A-1
