Food:

Showed up 45 minutes before closing. Employees hid in the back away from the doors as we drove up and no one would answer the drive through. Came around to the front to catch an employee sticking their head around to the front, saw us looking and ran to the back.

Food:

Awful. Rang up our order wrong and when we caught it on the receipt, he accused us of changing our minds on what we wanted. Then it took 15 minutes

Really disappointed with the staff. What kind of service are you providing taco bell?
I ordered two loaded potato grill in drive through and requested them to give me hot sauce and fire sauce but they didn't even put a single pouch with my order. And this thing has been happening for quite a while now. Every time they either forget or I don't know, just ignore the customer's request. That's not it! When I got home and opened the packaging, I found the potatoes were stale and not cooked properly.
The staff is really unprofessional and doesn't know how to serve the customers.

great customer service and lovely employees! after having 2 bad prior experiences at a steakhouse and a Jack in the box a while back, this taco bell will be the one I visit from now on as long as the customer service stays the same.

WORST SERVICE IN ARLINGTON. BUNCH OF KIDS WITH ATTITUDE. Made me wait 15 minutes outside the driveway, and then came with cold burritos. 5 cars passed behind me and i asked why so late, she showed an attitude and said _ WE ARE BUSY. So I am not a customer?
I just order 2 bean burritos.

Came home, didnt even give any sauce although i requested.
