Taco Bell, Arlington, Texas, Mexican Restaurant Details

Food:

I went in and ordered my food on (Friday,11th)not only did I wait over 10 minutes for my food I also watched the manager scream at the worker working the drive threw.
My order was completely wrong and I couldn't go back because I work at 10:00, I called and asked for the manager, I was told she was busy and couldn't talk but she would write my information down and I would either get my order for free next time I came or my money back the next time I came and I even questioned how that would work, but was assured it would be ok. I then called the store and talked to the manager today, (Sunday , 13th) and was told she couldn't do anything for me and was totally rude and had a attitude then hung up on me.

Food:

I showed up at 1:40 am to order in the drive thru and the workers inside pretended that they weren't there. This is not the first time this has happened at this Location, in fact this is happened at least 5 or 6 times. Each time after 1:30 a.m. when the business was stating to be open until 2 a.m. and also had all the lights on inside, the lights on outside, the drive thru lights on, and even their cash register system still activated. This particular time I called out ask them if anyone was there and proceeded forward seeing people hiding in the back of the restaurant. I looped around again and called out to see if anyone was there and was ignored once more and pulled up to see even more employees hiding in the back by the fryers. When one of them noticed me they all backed away and continue to hide even harder. I felt so disrespected and upset. I can't believe how many times this has happened, how ridiculous. The Whataburger next door always gets my business instead. How unfortunate.

Food:

This taco bell was horrible. Quesadilla had like 6 pieces of chicken my pepsi was so watered down it tasted like dirty water my crunchy taco was stuck to wrapper n when i tried to pick up it all fell apart i ended up just throwing it away. I will never go here again waste of money and order took a long time. Do not recommend

They close at 2am but stop taking orders at 1:30am but I showed up at 1:10 and thier closed already?? Thank god for whataburger!!!
