We went through the drive thru and made two orders. My boyfriend and I ordered the taco supreme combo, nachos supreme, and a Meal Deal D (5-layer burrito). We asked them to switch the Doritos for cinnamon twists, which we do at every Taco Bell we go to with no problem. The woman over the intercom said nothing about them not being able to do that. My friends had a different order and one of my friends asked specifically for her cinnamon twists to come out of the heating cabinet. When we got to the window, my friend clarified that she didn't want to be rude about the cinnamon twists but she works at another Taco Bell and knows that they do not always come straight from the heating cabinet. While she's trying to tell her this, the woman just walks away from the window. My boyfriend was given Doritos anyways and when he went in to ask for cinnamon twists he had to hassle them to do it, because he was told they don't do that there even though the woman taking the order didn't tell us that. The nacho chips were so old they tasted like fresh paint. Everyone's cinnamon twists were disgustingly cold and obviously had not come from the heating cabinet. The only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one is because their hard-shell tacos were the freshest I've gotten from any Taco Bell.

We weren't given a receipt for either order so we can't even leave feedback on the survey. The most annoying part is they weren't even busy. There was only one car behind us in the drive thru and almost no one inside.

I rarely stop in at Taco Bell and I am always reminded why. Online advertises a Fresco (low calorie menu everything under 350 calories) so I thought I would get a fresco item. When I arrived, no such menu available (drive through). I asked about it and was told they do not have the menu but I can order anything fresco style. So trying to order blind, I asked for the "fresco grilled chicken burrito." I think she took advantage of my ignorance and entered an XXL Stuffed Chicken Burrito - Fresco, not the 350 calorie fresco grilled chicken burrito. The XXL is probably double the price, I thought $5.66 seemed high for one low calorie burrito. What I got appeared to be filled with beans and cheese! I think eating only half of it would be more than what I asked for. Thanks Taco Bell on Tunnel Road, this is one more reason why Chic Fil A and not Taco Bell is the fastest growing chain.

I agree with Seth...I was also very disappointed. A long story short, my order was wrong, workers were kinda rude and I was not satisfied. I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell. :(

You have never had Taco Bell like this before! The food is crunchy, cheesy, melty, gooey, and you should see what it looked like on the way in!!
