Taco Bell, Cincinnati, Ohio, Mexican Restaurant Details

Food:

I asked for no cheese and add tomatoes. They gave me 6 tacos with maybe a table spoon of tomatoes divided over the 6 tacos. $2.10 for a table spoon of tomatoes.

The staff is always friendly and always goes the extra mile, because of this I'm willing to drive out of my way just to go to this individual taco bell.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Bar none. Have had a Taco Bell a few miles down the road from me for years. Always been excellent. Food cooked, hot, fresh, and they don't skimp on the ingredients. This location opened up and I was ecstatic to have one 5 min from my home. They were good for the first to second month, (staff went out of way to be kind, and to make up for any issues, and food was great), but it went all downhill from there. Wait staff is most always apathetic and I have frequently seen them "screwing around" instead of focusing on doing their jobs. After the past 5 visits (no, i don't know why i keep going back... false hope it will get better, maybe?), in which I've ordered the same thing each time (3 chicken mini quesadillas, 1 frito burrito), my food is never cooked, and has very little ingredients. We got a quesarito box tonight, and I kid you not, there was less than an inch of meat, and literally, a pinch worth of cheese on the tacos that came with it. For my uncooked/grilled mini quesadillas, they usually have bits of tomato in them for some reason, (just supposed to be shredded chicken, cheese, and spicy sauce), and a crap ton of the spicy sauce, as if to make up for the lack of heat from cooking it with spice. There hasn't been one time the frito burrito hasn't made my stomach hurt afterwards. As I said, the one I've gone to down the street has never once been anywhere close to this bad. I called to speak with a supervisor, not to get free food, but to at least try to make them aware of the issues (i'm apparently not the only one having them), and while she said she'd "speak with her cook", and that if I mentioned her name when I came in next, they would "make sure my food was made right", that and a sorry was all that was offered. No attempts to make it right otherwise, and I felt a lack of conviction in her voice.
Some people may have o.k. experiences here. I did in it's early days. But those days are long gone.

This place is run by incompetent people. I've tried to give them second, third and fourth chances and they find a way to screw it up everytime. Not once have I ever gotten my complete order and the items I usually get aren't even what I order. Wow! It's not that difficult people. Make sure the screen and what you put in the bag match, or that it's all there. I literally just left and another item missing. No more visits here.

Went through the drive-thru at 2:45 AM on a weeknight. They made me pull up in front of the building to wait for my order even though I was the only one in line. Then when they brought out my food it was missing half of my order! The tacos that I did receive were smashed. Called to complain and they said come back tomorrow and tell them "John said it was ok" and my order would be free. What kind of professional response is this? Never coming back.
