Great service from the manager and crew. its kind of sad that People go there all the time get good service and the one time that they don't get good service they write a horrible reviews. People don't show appreciation when everything good is happening to them Think about that.

Eh, not the best, but not the worst.. but I do have to say, the inside needs a complete renovation or something, it's really gross in there

WORST TACO BELL SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. Dirty restaurant with garbage laying on the floor. The workers always have an attitude and act extremely unprofessional. The cashier didn't even know that my order existed, and didn't know how to use the register... HOW DO THESE PEOPLE GET HIRED! It took one whole hour to get a crunchwrap box! I wish I could give my review zero stars because I really think one star is too generous.

I suggest going to the Taco Bell on Hauck Road in Sharonville. Much friendlier service, cleaner restaurant, and faster delivery times.
