Food:

The food is generally pretty good, but only when it's actually delivered. I eat here quite often but they've forgotten my order over 5 times in a row now, in the drive thru as well as inside. Each time it happens, I only get about half of my order(sometimes without drinks), and I have to go back in and receive that same little apology. It's annoying to drive back home just to notice you paid for twice of what you got. The service definitely needs improvement. The soda machine is sometimes less than hygienic and the entrance into the lot a bit narrow, but otherwise the venue is okay.

Food:

this store is at a bad location you can hardly see the sign from the road if it was a little higher then ppl wouldnt miss it all the time who's idea was it 2 put the sign in the ground was that for the animals to see maybe because us humans cant see the sign from the freeway oh another thing there are 2 managers that work there that are always rude as hell to the employees what is up with that that shouldnt be aloud ... i dont know what kinda of bussiness yall be running but we wont b back

Food:

don't order extra stuff like beef or cheese because you won't get it. you'll pay for it but that's it. Oldest trick in the book to save on daily food cost. Didn't get my sour cream on 2 beefy frito burritos that I actually paid for 2 times in a row. One again, saving on that food cost at your expense. they have monitors inside stating exactly plus or minus items. there is no excuse unless they can't read English.

Food:

Been going here before and after they built the new facility. Last night I ordered 2 Steak Chulupa Supremes. Got home, got ready for night time bedroom TV and found I had received 2 Ground Beef instead. It was too late for me to go back and I had already prepared for my "nest". They were sort of OK, but not what I wanted or paid for. Manager was very apologetic. Probably an honest goof. I'll try again.

Food:

The staff has always been friendly and the food is always fresh. However, once I heard they no longer sell the volcano taco, I will no longer be a customer.
