Taco Bell, Colorado Springs, Colorado Restaurant Details

Wasn't greeted until 5 minutes later with no line in front of me. Shift manager was an idiot, after I told him I was waiting for give minutes. And to boot the food took just as long as my wait. Taco bell can do better then the people they have working there.

I was sold a Big Box that had its promotional code already used. I love The Bell and this location is right on my way home from work. I always choose it over all other choices. The customer service has always been good, today they seemed busy.. with cleaning or something. The food was great as always, forgot some sauces but that's not a big deal in my book. I hated finding out that someone within Taco Bell is using these promo codes before they get to the customer. You might as well say "Must use promo code before our employees do" on the box. I'm a little disappointed, can you tell? I can't help but to think that MY promo code was going to be a winner and now a TB employee or their friend has the PS4 I could have won sitting in their home. I may continue to eat a TB, can't be the quick, deliciousness they offer but I will not be going to this location again. I can't trust them anymore...
SIDE NOTE: There seems to be something wrong with the date selection on there contact us form. I ordered on 10/19/2015 but it keeps saying this is an invalid date. Since I can't submit feed back to correct this action I doubt it will stop. All I can say now is go at your own risk. If employee don't care about there work and work ethic who knows what else they are doing when no one is watching..

Always a hassle going to the drive thru and now we have come to learn that both of the codes we entered for the box meals have already been used.. what a ripoff!!

Horrible worst place ever. Everytime we go its either cold or prepared wrong. My wife got a bean burrito and there was way more tortilla then beans. Mine had all the sauce at the bottom of the burrito and no cheese in my quesorito
