05/01/2015 11:40 pmI've been to this Taco Bell three or four times in the past few months, and it never fails; a location full of teenagers who don't care about the customers. It's sad, because I live less than a mile away, and I generally like Taco Bell. I just went there today, at 5:00 pm, to the drive thru. There was one car in front of me, an empty parking lot, and I ordered their new steak doubledilla, with chips and salsa. This is an easy order right? Well, at 5:14 pm, I finally got my order. Yes, I sat at the window while this kid stood there socializing with his friends inside, laughing away. Of course, three cars eventually were behind me, and I could see the guy behind me rolling his eyes, obviously wondering why I hadn't received my food yet. I finally get my doubledilla, chips and salsa, and "sorry for the wait". I look in the dining room, not one person is sitting in there. So, they're not slammed. So, I ask myself, what the hell could these kids possibly be doing behind the counter at this location???? If you want your food, and your in a crunch for time, avoid this location. What a waste. I get home to eat my "doubledilla"... What is double about it? The meat and cheese aren't even distributed in the tortilla! It's bunched up in the center, so I've got a quesadilla, cut in four pieces, with two that have meat and cheese. The other two are, well, tortilla. Someone should be fired, or make that, some people, (PLURAL). I wonder how old the manager is? |
