I've been going to this taco bell for my lunch break for a few years now and I have never had an issue. There is usually the same women at the drive through and she needs recognition. I'm not sure what her name is, she's the older black lady that's been there for awhile. Everytime I go there she is ALWAYS very sweet, genuinely nice. It's refreshing as good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. She's awesome, and Taco Bell management and above need to know this.
