This location is the worst. The employees couldn't do a worse job of hiding the fact that they do not care. The food never seems to be fresh and the service is so slow. One time I went I had to drive back around and go through the drive-thru again because I was getting food for my office and I had three orders and the drive-thru said I could only make two orders at a time. I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE-THRU.

I need receipts when I use my card.....so another time the girl at the drive-thru told me she needed to put more paper in the register and said if I pulled around she could bring it out to me. It took her forever to come bring me my receipt. Ugh, so done.

The guys that work here are well mannered, the 6pm crew, I've seen improvement since I first visited

WARNING...........this Taco Bell, which is manned by the most lackadaisical, unresponsive teen employees, that are so bad, rude, and unresponsive towards their customers I had to take the time to write a review for this location. We went in and ordered 3 combo meals, expecting at most a 7-10 minute wait time to get our orders and start eating. After ordering, and close to 20 min later I asked where our order was, only to get a "we're working on it" response. (NOTE***they had at least 5-7 people manning this location and there wasn't a ton of business beating down their doors.) After another 7 minutes for close to a total wait time of 27 minutes for 3 combos, I had enough and wanted my $$$ back. Which they were slow to do. Apparently the employees at this location are only interested in gossiping to one another while the the customer is expected to wait close to 30 minutes on what should've been at the most a 5 minute transaction. The employees at this location are pathetic!!!

Omg! The worst service ever in fast food! From ordering at 6:32 until 6:58 when pulled up to the window. 3 cars in front of me and 4 behind me. I couldn't get out of the drive thru because of the curbs! Good thing there's curbs because I would've left. The customer service is horrible and not polite. There was a woman who had a bad attitude when repeating the order. I will not recommend this place to anyone! Bad service! I don't know how they stay in business!
