Gave me food poisoning after I ate their crunchy tacos with sour cream .... Never will I go there AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!

Waited in drive thru line for 45 mins. The lady indicated drive thru was not open during lunch hour . Bad service no good management.

NEVER go to this Taco Bell! EVER! They've wasted so much of our time and money. They might get our order correct 40% of the time (if that). I called the manager to ask politely about correcting the order, and they immediately drew an attitude like I was attacking her/him personally. I proceeded to make an appointment with them, they wrote it in, and when I arrived they said that the manager wasn't in that day. As if they didn't have a manager who could have helped us!!! Then, it happened again. That definitely seemed purposeful, which made me sooooooo angry!!! All I want is want I ordered. I really don't even care that much about the hospitality of the workers nearly as much as accuracy of orders. Anyways, I was too lazy to make a huge deal out of it, but it's happened so many times now, I HAVE to write a review to let the world know how terrible this TB really is. If you ever go, check your bag BEFORE you leave, and test your soda too because they'll give you bad soda too without even caring. I wish I could warn everyone...I'd gladly go to the one down the street TWICE THE DISTANCE away, just so I could get actual quality service.

I enjoy Taco Bell quite a lot, but this location is the least professional one I've been too. For brevity's sake, I'll list everything that is irritating about this location:

-The staff will have their unattended children playing the lobby while working.

-While technically open late until 2:00 AM, I've come here past 12 AM multiple times and no one will greet me at the drive through speaker. I'd ask for service, and again, just silence despite the store supposedly being open until 2:00AM. This has happened MULITPLE TIMES.

-If you ask to exclude any ingredients, the staff will often give you the ingredient anyway.

-One of the managers took a coupon for ANY one free menu item I was given by Taco Bell corporate (I got the voucher after complaining of this locations bad service), misread it, and gave us only a free bean burrito.

-The manager lady is super, super stingy about sauce packets when going through the drive-through and disappears before you can ask for more.

This Taco Bell is not only the worst Taco Bell location that I have ever been too. Thankfully, though 50% of the time there's nothing going wrong and I'm happy with my tacos. The reality is, though, the other Taco Bells in my area provide a happy experience 100% of the time.
