Taco Bell, Lincoln, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

I've usually had good luck at this Taco Bell. Good service, good food, and I don't destroy the bathroom the following morning, unlike when I've ate at the 70th and Pioneers location. They even gave me a free drink one evening for having to wait in the drive thru 10 minutes without me having to ask. Obviously it's not 5 star dining, but for fast food they do a pretty good job. The only downfall is the previously mentioned waiting time, likely due to the fact that this place is often busy, but I'm willing to wait a couple of minutes to get something I'll actually enjoy.

Waited in line for 11 minutes. I hate waiting for my food I turn into hulk. and then I got home, wrong kind of taco

It is fast, friendly, and really honest! Any mistakes they make, they not only own up to it, but they go the extra mile to make you an even happier customer! For example, I didn't receive one food item a couple days ago, I came in and informed them, and then they not only gave me a free one, but the one they owe me from two days back!! Super happy and planning many future visits!

Speedy service, the food was really good. Additionally, the staff there were friendly, polite, and attentive. If I lived in Lincoln this would be my Taco Bell of choice.

Also- the bathrooms were nice and clean.

The people are nice and I don't much like to compain, but unless you like sitting in a drive thru for 10 minutes or more don't go there. Everytime I've gone, no matter the time of day I've had to wait far too long. Even when I was the only car in the drive thru! I called the manager from my car, and she politely said they were short staffed. I wonder why they cannot hire any more employees then? Oh well, there are many fast food restaurants in the area so I'll just give my $ to someone else.
