01/02/2016 9:57 pmSlowest Taco Bell in Lincoln. The last 6 times I have visited, I waited over 5 1/2 minutes each time in the drive thru. I once waited 9 1/2 minutes for my meal, so I politely asked if I could have my drink for free and they told me they could not do that. I then spoke with the manager and he asked me "Where do you work? I'll come visit you and see how your place of work performs!" I've never met such a rude manager in my life. I then told him I will take my business elsewhere. |

12/07/2015 12:51 pmI can't give a "0" (zero) star for review but that should be their rating. Visited Saturday night and ordered a Cantina bowl. When I got my order I had it Cantina burrito. Told them about it and they fixed it, except they didn't. I get home and my bowl had no rice or beans. Called the store, talked to the manager. No problem, they'll make me another one free of charge, just come back. Too far for that night so I'll go back the next day, no pproblem. NO PROBLEM, except that the next day I get my Cantina bowl and once again it is screwed up! They remember to add rice because my wife told them that was missing on the previous order. You would think that they would follow their own list of ingredients and ADD BEANS!!! What good is to have a list of ingredients if you can't follow it? I paid for a Cantina bowl but all I keep getting is a guacamole salad. |

06/28/2015 12:25 amI love Taco Bell, but almost every time they mess up my order. Today I asked for the 12 pack with 3 cool ranch and 9 nacho cheese tacos with 3 of each of the sauces. First of all I recieved NO sauces...and then I saw I got 4 cool ranch tacos instead of 3. To top it all off...instead of recieving 12 tacos which I paid for I only recieved 9. I should have checked before I drove off, but you think they would check the number of tacos they put into the box...I feel like they ripped me off on purpose to save money. |

04/17/2015 5:17 pmDuring lunch rush it is not polite as an employee to be making noses as a customer is ording food. As is the same with when a customer ask the price on something with tax. And get another cashier. If your employees cant handle themselves in a professional manner something needs done 4/17/15 @ 12:03 for two different orders from two customers. |
