Amazing customer service! Best fast food restaurant to make "complicated order" in drive thru.

Had a great experience! Lance took our order and gave us our food. He was fast and very nice. I even made a point to tell him how awesome he was. Lance was very appreciative of the compliment and made sure our order was correct.

Every ltime I went here I was given food that was not made correctly. Putting guacamole at the end of burrito, beans and cheese were not in layers they were almost separate, nacho cheese watered down. They shouldn't be doing business.

I had a "complicated" order today. A manager had to step in so that it could be completed to my satisfaction. (Thank you Aracely!) I will be going back to this Taco Bell specifically because she worked with me. I am a very satisfied customer!! Thank you Taco Bell! Muchas Gracias!

Went for AZ Diamondback taco special. Apparently, only TB in Mesa that won't substitute soft for crunchy! Wanted big extra $s! Pepsi tasted like it was contaminated with rootbeer. Place overrun with loud, obnoxious, pottymouthed Mountain View students. Won't go back!
