Here's the problem with this Taco Bell - it's wildly inconsistent. You can have days where you walk in and get amazing food extremely fast and you can have days where you walk in, slip on a spill, and then wait as nobody's at the register for several minutes only to be helped by someone who's not on-duty at the moment.

When lunch rush hits, they're overwhelmed, backed up, and even getting into or out of the parking lot can be a hassle as three different restaurants share the same entry way (you literally can be stuck here for 20 minutes)

So, mornings - good service, but McDonald's is blocking traffic, pre-lunch great service, lunch overwhelmed but generally food, post-lunch it's an apocalyptic wasteland of both dirty and slow, and then 2ish it's good again

The staff does an exceptional job to keep up in such a busy location. They always have a smile for me. Occasionally, they get my order wrong; but they always fix it no questions asked and give me a coupon for a free item as well. What other restaurant chain does that?

By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever dealt with. Long waiting times in line and consistently gets my order wrong. Literally more often is it wrong than correct. In the past 2 weeks alone my order has been completely incorrect 3 times. This morning being the most recent case.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and just assume it's a slip up but when I've had the same horrible experience across multiple staff members, the problem is much bigger.

Today was the last day I spend any of my money at this location.

If I could rate this taco bell a negative number I would. first off I order my food...Then two police officers come in behind me to order food, well the staff was so concerned with getting their order they completely bumped my off the board... I stood there and watched the officers get their food before me( one ordered the same thing I ordered and others after me get their food...I ask where my food was and they looked at me like I was crazy as if they didn't even take my order...After showing them my receipt they proceeded to walk back and make my food with an attitude. After 20 minutes wasted on my break I finally receive my order...Not one apology and they got my order wrong..Never going here again.
