Taco Bell, Omaha, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

The lady throws the boxes to me and the sauce, doesnt even give a bag, gets the order wrong, and closes the window. I wait to get napkins and she knows I'm there and ignores me. I honk and she opens the window and says what. I ask to speak to a manager and a lady comes followed by another who says I'm the manager move. Do they not know who the manager is? The managers asks what the problem was and says here's the napkins you needed. She doesn't even know how to barely satisfy the customer. Worst service I have gotten and will not go back there!

I'm giving them a 5 simply for the ridiculous reviews they're getting. It's Taco Bell, what do you all expect LoL

It not as bad as it used to be. Their service has gotten better. they used to forget things, especially my empanadas tacos or to make something supreme. I haven't had a problem at all for the past 6 months or so. I think they got new management. They still can work on customer service tho and portion control. Sometimes you get something piled high and other times they skimp.

Food:

Never get orders right. Ive gave thm more than there fair chances n hvnt gotten one right. If your getting one or two things should b ok but anymore than that b aware. Look before u leave. Taco shells are old n stale also not very hot.. if choice to go there watch what you order and make sure you at least get what you kinda paid for..

I stopped going here long time ago. However it has recently been remodeled and I thought (wrong) that it might be better now. Nope over 25 min to get my food and I didnt get taco with my meal.... there was only three cars in the drive through and the getto "lady" at the window could have cared less..... but what can you expect from TB and a min wage employee. drive up maple it will save you time and you food will be correct and better
