I asked for no jalapeño sauce on my daughters AM scrambler and they put it on there when they took my $$ and gave us our food , they were talking to each other, not paying attention to us- the customer. If they weren't talking maybe they would have gotten the order right
Very disappointed

Friendly and pretty cheerful; they also put up with my roommate's picky orders and actually get them right.

While I like the food, this location keeps making poor decisions. Such as closing over 2 hours early, or just deciding "we're out" when I go to order breakfast before saying what I'd like. I know it sounds spoiled, and I am, but I expect better out of my cheap fast food places.

Just spent 20+ minutes in the drive-thru lane. If there had been 20 cars in front of me, that might have been reasonable. When you are car #6? Pathetc.

Not the first time it has happened, but it will be the last.

Multiple times I've been to this location, and multiple times they have had long drive thru lines. That in and of itself isn't the problem, it's how long it takes them to process each car. When I drove up to the order speaker, it took them 2 minutes to acknowledge I was even there. In that time, the vehicle ahead of me had already gone another car length forward. When the truck ahead of me then got to the window, it took them at least 2 minutes before they were handed their first item. From the time they received their first item to the time the received their last, it took 5-7 minutes. And they were handed multiple items over that course of time. Even late at night, it should not take that long, and if it has to, then they shouldn't be handing food out so far apart from each other.
When I got home and opened my food (which was a quesadilla) they hadn't even cut it all the way. I suggest they either higher more competent employees, or get more in during a busy night shift to cover the work load. Since this is the only Taco Bell in the area, I will HAVE to return to this location. That or I might just go to the Taco Johns on 157th and Q instead. Probably actually save me gas in the long run. (Sat in total 34 minutes in the drive thru with my air conditioner on at 10:56 PM til 11:30 PM)
