Neon signs to the drive thru was open but when you pull in nobody speaks you through the microphone pull up to the window and they're all hiding cars the parking lot lights are on but nobody's working

Not good! My family and I went here and the food took an abnormally long time. When I received it, the food was incorrect, did not taste right, AND was cold. When they remade one of the items, it too was cold. Because of this, they apologized and gave us some cinnamon twists for free. However, the cinnamon twists tasted like it was fried in very stale oil. The backrooms were filthy and were out of soap. I would NOT recommend this Taco Bell at all.
