Ignorant and arrogant employees, always takes too long and getting the order right from them the first time is a miracle.

It's Taco Bell! How could it not get 5 stars? Not sure what everyone who gives it poor reviews are expecting. As long as I'm given what I ordered for the price displayed and there is nothing glaringly unsanitary, I'm content. I'm pretty sure that complaining has just become ingrained in people now.

Food:

No doubt the biggest rip off in fast food. The burrito has shrunk into transparency, and the drinks are awful pepsi products and they're watered down so much you can hardly tell what you're drinking. This is definitely low grade food, and it's not irrational to wonder what the meat is actually made out of.
