Taco Bell, Phoenix, Arizona Restaurant Details

Food:

The manager is rude. The short little girl at the drive thru is incompetent. But it's taco bell/pizza hut so I'm assuming they are over qualified.

Food:

One Delicious meal with super fast service. Food was out in no time and with a big order that was impressive.

horrible, they gave me ice tea without any ice , in Arizona 110 out are they just ignorant?
Food was awful, they are definitely going down hill here.

This Taco Bell/Pizza Hut location sucks. I ordered my pizza well done. The cashier who took the order did not notify the cook, so the pizza came back undercooked. I sent it back, we waited outside for 5 minutes, the pizza came back in exactly the same condition (undercooked) as when I initially sent it back. So during that time, it was not cooked anymore than it had been. On top of that, there was less than 1/4 of the marinara sauce in the cup that came with the breadsticks. The breadsticks were also cold and hard, and obviously had been sitting out. The cashier also did not give us a receipt so I have no idea what my transaction number is. I called the store and spoke with Cecelia and she offered to replace the meal if I wrote her name on the receipt, a receipt I never received. The store # is 029505. This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I've had, and there have been many. If the food wasn't convenient I would never stop there.

They progressively get worse. Ordered a crunchwrap and a few beefy 5 layers. Had to wait 10 minutes for it, there was only one other customer who arrived a few minutes after I did, she received her order 5 minutes before i did, after chatting with half of the employees. I got the worst crunchwrap Ive ever had and 2 completely different burritos, no beefy 5 layer. Done with this place, they've fucked up my order for the last time.
