I just stood at the register for 5 minutes without any employee checking the front lobby. I did see what was stated by a person on the cooks line as employees throwing food at each other with a mystery persons shadow (Jeff) was behind the wall the whole time. No customer service or any clue what a restaurant is let alone how it should be run. Last Saturday I was in line for an order and when the cashier was done with the 3 people in front of me and had taken cash from each of them, took my order, could not figure out what a coupon is or how to use it, walked on the cooks line for the manager and immediately, bare handedly put my food in the fryers. I was so disgusted that since I had not paid, I left!

You are taking your life in your own hands when you eat at this location. Get real management and you will keep your long term, 3 times a week customers and actually increase your sales. Keep this crap store running and the Health Department WILL shut you down, if INS doesn't first. your former customers are not stupid.....
