How do you not meet my rather modest expectations? You do it by losing my order!

I'm a local. I've purchased food here several times. The staff is surprisingly hardcore TB mentally. But try ordering anything past a simple meal and the seams start to bust. I've paid for and been robbed of ordered items by clueless staff clearly trying to talk the talk but have a severe issue with walking it. After 5 screwed up and missing orders I'm through being quiet. Stay away if you're ordering for more than one. Their order makers SUCK.

Usual Taco Bell. However the customer service at the drive thru is noticably very attentive. They seem to stress quality customer service. Kudos to the management for providing excellent customer service in an industry not well known for customer service.

Bad service and certain staff attitudes are horrible. Its taco bell food is always good
