Waiting in the drive thru for like 20 minutes for a bean burrito. How long does it take to make tacos. This is seriously a management issue.

So I'll be the first to admit that this Taco Bell is not the fanciest and once you get in the drive through lane, you are committed to the lane and have no escape unless your vehicle can go over blockades. The service is occasionally slow, but definitely not the worst. The thing that makes me love this particular Taco Bell are the people. No matter if I get the 11:00pm crew, or the 1:30 in the afternoon workers, they are always so awesome. I didn't know that the cantina menu was only during normal daylight hours, but one of the workers let it slide and made my request. Any time I order a freeze, and the machine is broken, they usually comp me a replacement. Every time I leave there it's with a smile. The workers always try to make sure I'm satisfied. The food itself, it's taco bell.

Huge Improvements - my family ate at this Taco Bell just 5 days ago and the service was amazing! The food was pretty good but sometimes they get a bit sloppy but hey, its Taco Bell. Great job and thx for Excellent Service!! The most important part of our expectations every place we go is 'service' and you are doing really well here, again, Thx!!
One negative comment - the black car parked out front blocking 3 or 4 parking spaces waiting to pick up an employee getting off-shift is really not cool. Please ask your employees to have some respect for those actually needing a parking spot.
